List the names of immediate family members only, formatted as nakshatra (Rashi) - Name; separate each name with a semicolon. You do not need to provide your Nakshatra or Rashi if you are unfamiliar with them.

If you are unable to attend the pooja in person, please let us know when you like to pick up prasada.  If you are unable to visit us but like to receive gandha-akshata by mail, please let us know.
