SKVNC Temple is requesting our devotees to donate plantain leaves for the lunch prasada serving purposes during the Rayara Aradhana Mahotsava on Aug 18th. We need as many as you can donate. We understand that a lot of our devotees have banana plants in their yards and we could use the leaves that can be donated.
In order for us to estimate the availability, may we request you to provide us a count of leaves that you will be able to donate on Friday Aug 16th (before 8PM)? If you are coming from out of town (Charlotte, Greensboro etc.) you may bring the leaves cut to the size (approximately length 18″ x width 10″) on Aug 18th before 11AM to HSNC hall itself.
DROPOFF BY AUG 16TH: We request you to drop off the wholes leaves at the residence of Vadi Botney at 416 Henmore brook Dr Cary NC 27519 who is coordinating cleaning and preparing the leaves for lunch serving. Or if you chose, you may drop them off at SKVNC temple.

Please estimate the number based on number of people that can be served. We know the whole leaf size varies.
